GARIS PANDUAN PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN WABAK VIRUS COVID19
Sebagai langkah pencegahan penularan wabak virus COVID19, pihak pentadbiran IIM ingin menasihatkan kepada anda semua bahawa semua Pelanggan yang ingin mengadakan perjumpaan, perbincangan dan mesyuarat agar dapat mengambil tindakan proaktif pencegahan di mana, semua pelanggan diWAJIBkan menjawab semua soalan yang telah disediakan seperti di bawah:
Sekiranya anda telah menjawab YA kepada mana-mana soalan di atas, kami mencadangkan agar perbincangan dijalankan secara dalam talian melalui Skype atau sebagainya.
Oleh yang demikian anda dinasihatkan untuk berhubung semula dengan Pegawai IIM yang berurusan dengan anda bagi tujuan mencari alternatif solusi dan tindakan selanjutnya.
Kerjasama keprihatinan anda semua termasuk pelanggan IIM amatlah dihargai dan disanjung tinggi demi kebaikan dan keselamatan bersama.
MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES ON COVID19 INFECTION PREVENTION
As a precautionary measure on preventing the spread of COVID-19 virus, IIM Management would like to advise all Customers, who wish to have meetings and discussions, to undertake proactive action by answering all the questions below:
1. Have you or anyone living with you visited China at any time since January 2020?
2. Did you or anyone living with you just come back from abroad any time since January 2020?
3. Do you or anyone living with you, currently or within the last 14 days experience symptoms of fever, cough, cold or other symptoms related to COVID-19?
4. Have you had close physical contact with anyone suspected of being exposed to COVID-19?
5. Have you visited areas inside or outside of Malaysia identified by authorities as COVID-19 risk areas?
If you have answered YES to any of the above questions, we highly recommend that the discussion or meeting be conducted via online using Skype and other methods.
You are also advised to contact the IIM personnel you are meeting, and seek alternative solutions and next course of action.
